Domestic Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days for delivery.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website from “Track Orders” option in the main menu.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

Returns:

We accept returns and exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

Return Process:

You can go to our “Return and Exchange Menu” to place your return/exchange or you can contact our customer service team on tiftontf@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

Provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping:

The return shipping cost will be ₹120 on all orders. The exchange shipping cost will also be ₹120, which will be deducted from the originial amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery from “Track Orders” Option.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable that is, ₹120.
